Our product line encompasses a complete range of hoist systems from computer controlled automatics to manual plating tanks.

Hoist systems are used for transporting discrete parts (singly or in batches) from one process tank to another. Parts can be placed on racks, in plating barrels, or in baskets, and are then moved from process station to process station. PSI supplies several models. Our Rim Style hoists are designed for light to medium duty applications, where the weight of parts and rack/barrel/basket does not exceed 250 pounds. For other applications, PSI's side arm units can be used. Where there are stringent cleanliness requirements and weights of up to 650 pounds, the Sidearm Style hoists are ideal. The Overhead Style hoists are designed for heavy duty production requirements with capacities of up to 10,000 pounds.

All hoist systems can be provided with manual controls (joysticks or radio remotes), or with full automation using our Automotion 8000NT software control system.
